Assured Photography is committed to offering quality products. We guarantee everything we sell. We hope you never have to use this, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us within 30 days of receipt. Contact us using the form on the contact page following the instructions below: 1) Please state the reason for return, and date purchased; 2) Obtain a return number: To do this, send us an email and we will give you a return number; 3) Resend the digital file via email to kmcgraw@assuredphotography.com, noting the return number in the subject line; 4) Delete the file from your hard drive.

We will not disclose any information collected by us to a 3rd party except in the following circumstances: 1) where it is necessary or helpful in completing a transaction (shipping); 2) in order to verify the existence and condition of your account (credit card); 3) in order to comply with any legal requirements; 4) if you give us your permission; 5) if necessary to conduct our business UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES will we sell, rent, or give your information to a 3rd party for marketing purposes, promotions, services, etc.

I agree that when I purchase a photo from Assured Photography. I am not purchasing the copyright to that photo. I am only purchasing a one-time only private, noncommercial use of the image. Personal use does not include the right to use or incorporate Assured Photography images in any advertising, promotional, or commercially published materials, including web sites. I further understand that I must contact, and negotiate with Assured Photography if I want to use the image for any commercial or advertising purposes.
